Greenville Hospital System’s (GHS) renowned medical team provides care through a network of campuses and many outpatient treatment centers throughout South Carolina. The company receives over 800 Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms per week that need to be entered into the patient financial system. This would typically take 8-10 hours per week.

Greenville Hospital integrated Kofax Capture, an automated capture platform, along with Kofax Transformation Modules, which streamlined and automated the capture of documents as well as data extraction. This resulted in a large increase in productivity and the opportunity to redeploy staff to other needed areas.
