Seagull Software’s emulation solution is designed to be easy to purchase, easy to implement, easy to use, and flexible to support changing business needs. One product meets all of your mainframe, iSeries and VT emulation needs.
BlueZone includes 3270, 5250, VT and FTP support – each user can make any number of any type of connections. You do not have to purchase separate, additional products to support multiple protocols.
Maintenance includes all upgrades at no additional fee – you do not have to pay upgrade fees for Windows 2000 support, for example.
BlueZone includes Web and desktop emulation – each user can connect over the Web or can install desktop emulation – no need to specify which type of implementation each user requires, so you can have a smooth and transparent transition between Web and desktop emulation as user requirements change over time. (Other products require you to purchase separate, additional licenses for Web and desktop emulation!)
BlueZone is smaller and faster than other emulators. Web emulation requires a download of less than 1 MB (because the product’s configuration capabilities make it easy to download only those protocols each user or user constituency really needs). Because it was designed from the ground up for the Web world, BlueZone doesn’t carry the “baggage” of first-generation emulation.
